The 2012 Springfield Spring Home & Garden Tour is a two-day event to show off Jacksonville's oldest neighborhood while raising funds to benefit the Springfield Preservation and Revitalization Council (SPAR) and the Springfield Heritage Education Center (SHEC).
Home Tour: Saturday, 5/19, 1pm - 6pm.
Bike Tour: Saturday, 5/19, 2pm -5pm.
Home Tour: Sunday, 5/20, 1pm - 6pm.
The Tour will highlight a variety of original, restored historic homes as well as new homes & lofts that fit the neighborhood's unique character. Showcase worthy gardens too.

Homes & Gardens on the 2012 Tour:
The guided Bike Tour, hosted by e2ride Bike Tours, and will include all the stunning homes on the Home Tour, PLUS a number of other spots in the neighborhood with captivating stories. Ie, chilling murder capers, Civil War events, Truman Capote, William & Sonoma, Laurel & Hardy, foreign consulates, etc.
Tickets for Bike Tour & Home Tour combo are $20 if you bring your own bike, $45 if you need to rent a bike and equipment. Contact Leigh at e2ridejax@gmail.com for tickets and details. Last held in 2010, it was fan favorite!
