New "Historic" realty website

Postby fsu813 » Thu Jul 29, 2010 3:10 pm

The National Trust for Historic Preservation has a new feature on thier website.

Due to the popularity of the realty section in thier magazine, they now have a realty section ion thier website.

http://historicrealestate.preservationn ... /index.php

There's a $60 fee for 2 months of listing a house, or $100 per 2 months for an upgraded listing.

It's interesting to skimming through them to compare & contrast.

Individual realtors may think this is a good way to reach people who want to live a historic district, i'd guess...

...but it could also be a tool to try and find buyers for 'demo track' houses as well.

Just a thought.

I just found that myself. There are currently only 3 properties in the whole state listed, all in Key West and over $1M. I emailed them to see if they have an arrangement that is more cost effective so that we could afford to put lower priced homes on there at a cost that makes sense.
